NCBA Launches New Law Student Division Community!

The NCBA and YLD are pleased to announce the launch of the new Law Student Division Community!

As a part of the NCBA’s Communities platform, all law student members will now automatically have access to the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Community and the Law Student Division (LSD) Community. The LSD Community was created to give law students a separate place to discuss and share matters that are specific to the law school experience while still being able to interact with practicing attorneys in the YLD Community. Volunteer attorneys working in YLD leadership and LSD committees will also have access to both communities and can continue to work with and mentor law student members on a more personal scale.

What you will find in the LSD Community:

1) Community Home: View latest discussions, announcements and most recent blog posts.

2) Discussion Board: Start and search discussions with law students throughout North Carolina. You can view this tutorial to learn how to update your email notifications.

3) Library: Access recordings of past events, find how-to guides, contact your NCBA law student reps and much more!

4) Events: Find and register for all upcoming LSD events.

5) Member Directory: Search for and contact other law student members statewide.

We encourage you to explore your new community platform and all its features!
